Instantly view items using different criteria. For example, click on the Assigned To node to view all assets that are currently assigned to an employee. Then just click on a name to see all assets assigned to that employee.

Use our new, integrated report designer to create and edit your own reports. Easily create reports with graphs, stamp images, totals and more. Save and print the report, or export to one of many different formats, including PDF, HTML, Excel, RTF, XML, text and many more. But that is not all, our report designer also allows you to create labels and "File Cards". You can even print out barcode labels to attach to your assets. Scan the barcode later to bring up the AssetManage record pertaining to that item.

Attach Images to your records


Attach up to 4 images to each item. Paste them in from the Windows Clipboard, Scan in images using a TWAIN-compatible digital camera or scanner. You can even drag .jpg or .bmp images to the image window from Windows Explorer.


Track Expenses for each item

Keep a record of all repairs, maintenance and other tasks or expenses associated with each asset. You can then view all log entries by Type, Assignee, Completion data or Due Date.


Attach links and files to your records

A great way to store invoices or other documents related to an asset. Just click on the attachment link to execute the program associate with the attachment, or visit the link specifed.


Easily Check Service Agreement & Warranties

AssetManage Asset Software has a Check Service Agreement /Warranty feature that allows you to view items whose warranties expire within a particular time period.


Powerful Search Capabilities

	Use the AssetManage Search feature to search for text in any field. You can even search within the Notebook Items table.

Create Custom Queries

		Create a Query with any criteria you wish. Execute the query with one click in the View window. Example to the left will select all items purchased in December of 2001
